These are the terms under which Joey Cash is provided. By subscribing you agree to them.
What we provide
Access to the Joey Cash application for the plan you have paid for, for the period you have paid for. Which features that includes is set out on the pricing page and in your subscription record.
We provide the service as it is described. We do not promise it will never be unavailable — no honest software company does — but we do commit to telling you when it is, and to fixing it as a priority.
What you agree to
- To give accurate account and business details.
- To keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- Not to use the service for anything unlawful.
- Not to resell access to the service without a written agreement with us.
Your data
Your business’s data is yours. We hold it to run the service. You can export it at any time and we will not charge you for that. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Payment
Subscriptions are paid in advance for the period you choose, by Instapay or bank transfer. Your subscription becomes active once we have verified your payment.
Prices may change. If they do, the new price applies from your next renewal, not the current period, and we will tell you before that renewal.
Trials
Where a plan offers a free trial, it runs for the number of days stated at the time you started it. We will not charge you automatically at the end of a trial: because payment here is a manual transfer, nothing can be taken from you without you actively sending it.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is due. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

Suspension
We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully, or that is placing the service at risk for other customers. Where we can, we will contact you first.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Two things this does not limit, because they cannot fairly be limited: anything caused by our own fraud, and anything the law does not permit us to exclude.
Changes to these terms
We will tell subscribers by email before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
