They work on an Arabic keyboard
Shortcuts are matched on the physical key position, not on the character it
produces. Ctrl + K is the same physical key
whether your layout writes k or ن, so one binding works in both languages the app
ships.

F8 is the default and can be changed. The app refuses a combination that would break something, and says which:
